You will embark on a journey of self-discovery where together, we build a thinking partnership aimed at reconnecting you with your truest self.
Through creative exploration, thoughtful questioning, and action-oriented strategies, you will be empowered to embrace transformation and move into greater fulfilment and growth.

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?

Is coaching right for you?

Coaching is a practice that usually moves faster than therapy in terms of achieving specific goals, fostering personal development, and implementing actionable strategies for change.
Clients come into coaching because they have self-identified areas of their life that they are committed to changing. They may not yet know how this is yet possible, but they are ready to go on a journey to make this shift.
Coaching is a place to uncover beliefs, experience breakthroughs and come away from the coaching partnership having moved from where you were into where you want to be.

Welcome, I’m Lisa.

I’m happy you found your way to my site.

If you are wondering whether coaching is right for you, what to expect from the coaching experience and the issues I specialise in, I look forward to answering these questions below:

What specific areas do I specialise in and who do I work with?

I work with women who want change.
These are women who have identified areas of their life that could be happier and more fulfilled.
It’s a brave thing, especially as a woman to look at your life and say something doesn't feel quite right, I want more. This can make us feel self-doubt, guilt and shame.
I can promise you that our work together will transform your relationship with confidence.
Additionally, as an ADHD woman, who was only diagnosed at 37, I have a special interest in helping women navigate a late ADHD diagnosis and create a more brain first life.

Examples of the challenges I help you navigate:

Career transition: Assisting you in navigating career changes, whether it's exploring new job opportunities, transitioning to a different industry, or starting your own business.

ADHD management: Providing support and strategies for individuals diagnosed with ADHD to improve focus, organisation, time management, and overall productivity.

Relationship dynamics: Helping you navigate the complexities of relationships, whether it's managing conflicts, improving communication, or navigating the end of a relationship and moving forward.
Goal setting and achievement: Supporting clients in setting meaningful goals, creating actionable plans, and staying accountable to achieve their desired outcomes.
Finding purpose and meaning: Helping you explore your purpose, passions, and what brings you fulfilment, and guiding you in creating a life aligned with your values and aspirations.
Stress management: Providing tools and techniques for managing stress, building resilience, and fostering a healthier work-life balance.
Overcoming limiting beliefs: Assisting you in recognising and challenging limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that may be holding you back from reaching your full potential.
Personal growth: Facilitating personal growth and self-awareness, helping you identify your values, strengths, and passions, and aligning these actions with your truest self.
Anxiety management: Providing strategies and support to help clients manage anxiety, develop coping mechanisms, and cultivate a sense of calm and resilience amidst life's challenges.
Life transitions: Guiding you through major life transitions such as moving to a new city, adjusting to parenthood, or entering the menopause.

About

I worked as a Creative in advertising for 12 years. My job was to brainstorm and develop ideas. I enjoyed the creativity of the work but found myself increasingly drawn to the human aspect of the job. Over the years, I discovered a deep satisfaction in helping clients navigate challenges, foster their growth and unlock their potential. This realisation led me to explore coaching as a natural extension of my passion for supporting others. Recognising the parallels between crafting compelling advertising campaigns and empowering individuals to reach their goals, I transitioned into a career as a life coach to leverage my creativity and insight to inspire positive change on a personal level.

I live and work in North London and have three beautiful children (2 humans, 1 dog).

Experience

I am an Accredited Transformative Coach and received my training at Animas Coaching School. I am an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a member of the ICF, EMCC and the Association for Coaching.
My continued professional development is a driving force in my life. I am Hoffman UK graduate and an Upfront Bond Graduate. I have also served on the panel of the Guardian’s diversity awards and am a consultant and speaker for the Inclusion Experts.
I’m currently taking a course in ADHD psychoeducation at ADDCA coaching school, to further support my neurodivergent clients.

I would recommend Lisa to anyone struggling at this stage and needing to kickstart what should be the best time in their life. Doing her service justice in a few short paragraphs is tough.

Lisa has helped me find direction and purpose in an area I’m passionate about and also confront, head-on, difficult problem areas of my life I need to face.

Having had various types of talking therapy over the years this is the first time I’ve been set actionable tasks and set achievable goals.

The sessions are challenging and emotional, but Lisa connects and empathises with you. She’s incredibly supportive and lets you take it at your own pace. I’d like to add, despite all the hard work, there’s also room for a giggle and a laugh and you definitely get the sense you’re in safe hands.

Talking logically about my challenges and having relatable metaphors for my current situation and where I think I’d like to get to, has been really satisfying.

The biggest result I have is feeling that I can legitimately move forwards with what I want to do and I feel confident that I would be able to do it.

I have worked with another person several years ago for over a year and in the much shorter time I spent with Lisa, I can say I gained much more insight into myself ... Lisa gave me a eureka moment that I wasn't expecting. The most satisfying part of our sessions is that Lisa has helped me understand myself much better allowing me to acknowledge my behaviours without being so hard on myself. This has been invaluable.

She has helped me understand my ADHD and how my problem in the past and present were connected to how my brain is wired up. This has been so so so so helpful. Lisa also was able to encourage me to take steps forward where I would otherwise have let my anxiety get in the way. She is a down-to-earth, friendly and encouraging professional who is very easy to talk to and would highly recommend speaking to her.

Sofia

Working with Lisa felt like receiving the benefits of talking therapy but with practical guidance on what action to take to tackle certain thoughts or goals. Lisa will very quickly help you hone in on what parts of your life you want to progress, change or improve. This feels like a big hurdle in itself; to figure out exactly what it is you’re unsatisfied with, and she does it with ease before providing practical steps to take towards your newly defined goals. Lisa is calming, interesting, interested, understanding, encouraging, wise, well-read, neutral, prepared and thoughtful. She’s also a great active listener and has a warm and calming presence. Together we honed in on what I wanted and how to get it - we did this across 3 key topics in my life and I’ve taken away practical steps that I’ve already starting using in my day to day life. It’s given me a new way to view my life and reminded me of what’s important and what I deserve, which I don’t think you can put a price on.

Rosie

It was such a privilege to have the opportunity to work with Lisa. I gained so much from our sessions, even within a relatively short amount of time. Lisa was very targeted with me about what we should work on (even though I have a habit of rambling and jumping around topics) . She gave me concrete tasks and personalised reading, which I gained SO much from. I think that Lisa’s considerable skill as a life coach lies in her empathy, ability to connect, kind and welcoming energy and also her lazer-focused attention on what was going to benefit me. I honestly felt that there was nothing I could say to her that would shock her or lead to her judging me - she created such a safe space for me.

I really felt how important it was to her that I left our sessions with actionable knowledge and learnings about myself. I will absolutely work with Lisa again and have already recommended her to quite a few friends. I left my sessions with Lisa a more complete, knowledgeable person - about myself! I am positive that anyone who works with her will feel the same way.

I would recommend Lisa to anyone struggling at this “Life coach” has always been a nebulous term for me but I can say with certainty that Lisa adds value.

Our sessions have helped me make sense of my experiences and patterns and have armed me with tools to make sense of it all and move past hurdles.

Life will always be messy and complicated but I feel more prepared and supported than I’ve ever been.
